1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the mobile application and related services.
By installing, opening, or using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept them,
you should stop using the app and remove it from your device.
2. App Purpose and Limited License
- The app is intended to help users review photos, videos, and storage usage, including duplicate or similar media detection and device cleanup suggestions.
- We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the app on compatible Apple devices for non-commercial purposes.
- You may not copy, redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or misuse the app except as permitted by applicable law.
3. Photo Library and Cleanup Features
- Some features require access to your Photo Library or other device permissions in order to function properly.
- The app may provide recommendations such as duplicate detection, similar item grouping, or storage optimization suggestions, but these outputs are informational only.
- You are responsible for reviewing all items before confirming any deletion, cleanup, or modification action.
- Because deleted content may not be recoverable in some cases, you should back up important files before performing large-scale cleanup.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- The app may offer paid subscriptions on a weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, depending on the version presented in the App Store.
- Charges are billed through your Apple ID account once you confirm a purchase.
- Unless auto-renewal is disabled at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends, the subscription will renew automatically.
- You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple account settings. Refund decisions are handled by Apple under its own policies.
5. Disclaimer
The app is made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every device condition or user scenario.
- We do not guarantee that any specific amount of storage will be recovered through the app’s recommendations.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from mistaken deletions, user decisions, device failures, system limitations, or use on modified / jailbroken devices.
6. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review that document to understand how data,
diagnostics, and permission-based information may be handled.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
The app, including its software, interface design, branding, text, graphics, and related technology,
is owned by YOU GRAVITY TECHNOLOGY LIMITED or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- In case of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through negotiation.If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Hong Kong.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective once posted.
Your continued use of the app after the update is published indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
